How much is a basic clean?
Basic cleaning package pricing depends on the size and condition of the home and distance traveled. The lowest package starts at $99.
How much is a deep clean?
Deep cleaning package pricing depends on the size and condition of the home and distance traveled. The lowest package starts at $150.
Can I schedule regular cleanings every month or every couple of weeks?
Yes! We can keep a standing appointment to clean your home on a regular basis that works for your schedule. Most customers that schedule standing appointments request monthly cleanings.
What if I just need a one-time clean? Can you do that or do I have to sign up for regular cleanings?
You do not have to sign up for regular cleanings. We are happy to perform one-time cleans for our customers.
What days can I schedule cleanings?
We schedule regular cleanings on Mondays and Tuesdays and schedule deep cleans for Wednesday, Thursdays and Fridays. Please plan on approximately 1-3 hours for a basic clean depending on the size of your home and 3-6 hours for a deep cleaning. We do offer Saturday cleanings as a premium option for an additional charge.
How far do you travel for cleaning and is there an extra charge for travel?
We travel up to 45 minutes for basic cleanings and up to an hour and a half for deep cleans.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash or check.
What if I want to add a couple of deep clean options to my basic cleaning?
If you want to add a couple of deep clean options to your current cleaning package, contact us to customize your services.
I have people coming over this weekend! How soon can you come clean my house?
We can typically come to clean your home within 48 hours.
Do you take same day cleaning requests?
Typically we do not accept same day cleaning requests, but if our schedule allows, we may be able to accommodate you. Contact us to check our availability for same day cleaning.
How can I get a custom quote for my home?
You can get a custom quote by contacting us, and we will come out to your home or business to assess your needs and get you a quote.
What is your cancellation/ reschedule policy?
We understand that life happens and sometimes you need to reschedule or cancel your services. We always appreciate at least 24 hours notice whenever possible.
Do I have to be home to let the cleaners in my house?
No, you do not need to be home to let the cleaners in, but if you plan to be out of the house you will need to give us a copy of your key so that the cleaners can let themselves in to the house. If you would rather not do that, then yes, you would need to be present to let them in.
